The photographer and assistant with normally arrive at around 3:30 pm to start setting up. We will need help moving any tables, chair and other furniture around the restaurant to provide space to set up the studio lighting and camera equipment.
The photo shoot will start at approximately 4:00 pm and will last approximately three hours.
Plans will be to finish before the restaurant gets busy with dinner guests.
We will plan to shoot at least six (6) menu items. Our suggestion is four to five entrees and one or two desserts or salads. Choices depend on what the restaurant want to promote.
Food plates should not be prepared hours before the photo shoot starts. Plates should be prepared and plated as soon as the photographer is ready to start shooting. This makes the menu items look the best.
It will take about 20 to 30 minutes to shoot each menu item and provide various views.
The images will be used in Los Cabos Magazine and Los Cabos Visitor’s Guide and on www.loscabosguide.com.
All photography will be copyright in the name of the photographer.
Any of the photographs taken during these photo shoots can be used only by the respective restaurant and only in advertisements placed in Los Cabos Magazine and Los Cabos Visitor’s Guide and on www.loscabosguide.com, for the promotion of each restaurant. If any of these photographs are used in any other publication or any other use payment will be due for those uses.
